Wall
Kiln brick wall of 10” & 5” thickness plastering all inside and outside plastering with C.M. (1:6) in proportion
Flooring
All bedrooms, drawing & dining room, kitchen balcony, veranda, etc. are vitrified tile flooring, staircase & lobby with Kota flooring, Granite cooking Platform with drain and glazed tiles in dado up to 2’-0” height
Toilet
Antiskid ceramic tiles flooring & glazed tiles in wall up to 7’0” height.
Concealed PVC/G.I. pipe with C.P. fittings.
Painting
All exterior wall surfaces will be finished with weather resistant exterior colour & other interior walls with two coat of putty.
Door
All door frames shall be made of Sal wood of 4” * 3” / 5” * 2”-5”.
Internal doors-Flush doors with paint finish.
Window
All windows aluminum glazed sliding with MS grills.
Electrical
Concealed electrical network with reputed quality copper wire Modular electrical switches with appropriate numbers of sockets, Light points and power plugs, water purifier & chimney in kitchen. Generator for common area lighting and part load for individual.
Sanitary
Premium quality C.P. and sanitary fitting will be provided.
Kitchen
Platform with granite top & wall claded with ceramic tiles upto 2'0" from kitchen platform & S.S Sink & Electric Chimney.
