Walls : All walls of 1st Class K. B. Bricks, plastered, wall putty treated and painted in pleasing standard uniform color.

Main Door : Salwood showkhat with Decorative Teak / Veneered flush door, godrej lock with Handel & eye piece. Internal Doors : Salwood frame with commercial type flush door with powder coated painting.
WINDOWS
Powder Coated Aluminum with glass panels
Grills : M. S . , Painted , aesthetically designed and fixed to the wall.
FLOORING
All carpet areas with vitrified tiles / Marble flooring. skirting and Marbles / kata stone in common areas, Acid resistant antiskid ceramic tiles for bathrooms.
PAINTING
External : Two coats exterior ( weather coat ) paint of Asian / ICI or equivalent make over one coat of primer. Internal : Smooth wall finish with Acrylic emulsion paint of Asian / ICI or equivalent make over one coat of primer.
KITCHEN
Platform with granite top & wall claded with ceramic tiles up to 2' 0" from kitchen platform & S.S. Sink & Electric Chimney.
TOILETS
Glazed ceramic tiles of johnson / Somany or equivalent make upto door height. All toilets will consist of wash basin, EWC with flush tank of Hindustan / Parry or equivalent make. Provision for geysers in all toilets. All fittings are chrome plated of jaquar / Mark / Essess or equivalent make.
ELECTRICAL
Concealed copper wiring of finolex / Anchor or equivalent make. Power plug for cooking range chimney, refrigerator, microwave ovens, mixer in kitchen. Plug points for TV & Audio systems etc. Individual meter boards, Miniature Circuit Breakers for each distribution board & modular Switches of reputed make. Provision for Installation of window / split AC units.
